PC won't turn back on, no power to MOBO. Help!

My PC has been working perfectly fine until last night. I restarted it from the Windows menu, but it didn't come back on.

There appeared to be no power getting to the PC at all as none of the lights on my mobo were on. What's weird is if I unplug and replug the power cable the start button and little yellow bios light will blink a few times then stop.

I first thought it was the power supply but I unhooked and tested it with power on self tester and the fan came on which ruled that out.

I also took out the GPU and tried, then took out 1 memory stick and tried but nothing worked.

Could it be a dead CMOS battery? I don't know how else to troubleshoot it. Please help and thank you in advance.

Whats the pattern of the blink? That'll usually tell you whats wrong.

So upon trying again, I see that the yellow bios light doesn't blink in pattern. It just goes on and off as the power flickers on the mobo.
