It's giving an issue with the world file you're trying to use. First, what OS are you trying to host on, since that will detail steps for trying to fix this (the Windows steps are different from the Linux steps). Second, are you trying to open the world in some other utility like a world editor or a single player instance of minecraft? Third, have you tried turning it off and on again (in case Java is just being weird)?

The log says the file is locked, which means there is already a Minecraft instance running.

Kill all Java processes if you're sure nothing is running and run it again. You can't run the same world in both single and multiplayer instances simultaneously.

/home/ubuntu/Skyblock/./world/session.lock: already locked (possibly by other Minecraft instance?)

This says the file is locked. Check System Monitor (or htop if its headless) to see if you already have Minecraft running.

If you cant connect to it, then end the minecraft process and restart the world.

If there is no Minecraft process running, then delete the lock file  "/home/ubuntu/Skyblock/./world/session.lock"

You should be able to start it then.
