CPU Cooling for Outdoor Workstation

Hey All,

I have a workstation PC (consisting of a Ryzen 5 5600G in a Cooler Master 130) which is going to be used in outdoor environments during the summer and winter months (think ambient temps anywhere from 40 F to 95 F). To make matters worse, the case is small and in a somewhat enclosed area (think a cart with only one side exposed to the outside). Trying to figure out what CPU cooler will help the most. Not too worried about running hot, this machine doesn't need to last forever, but don't want to sit at 95C all day long either.

I was thinking either a Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 or a Cooler Master ML120L (has the advantage of a radiator in the front of the case closer to the outside airflow). Any other suggestions / ideas? Looking to stay under $75 or so.

Desktop: Phenom II 970 BE, Cooler Master V8, Asus M5A97, Sapphire 6870, 320GB HDD, 12GB DDR3, Modded HAF 912, Cosair CX600 V2, CM Trigger MX Blues

Aio isnt that good of an idea if you plan on moving the system around, the rubber tubing are flexible but doesnt stay crack free forever. Plus those hate sunlight and heat.

Not sure what coolers are better than the L9x65 AM4 at this height level. Maybe there are cheaper options but those probably cool worse too
