no man sky issues with win11 and nvidia 496+ drivers ?

i dont know what is responsible i run every test i could think of tried nms vanilla and modded reduced oc to stock on gpu and cpu but in nms i get at certain plants (the luminos plants that glow in the dark like the mushrooms the plants in this

)

 

these glow plants turn black only on the glowing spots of the plants when i am using the scanner diretly on them and if it is raining rain that passes the plant also turn into black squares. disabling dlss seam to fix the rain but the plants glowing part still turn black. i checked the gpu in multiply other games with oc and stock and NEVER get any graphialy issues. me exodus, ac valhalla, sotr, arkam knight and others that i cant remember anymore... i dont know what to do anymore i am at an loss. does other using win11 or/and never nvidia drivers also have this issue ? plz help

oh and the black texture issues is mostly present at night or if the plants are inside a cave
