Corrosion? What is happening here?

This just started happening to my GPU a bit under two weeks ago. It started with just the thick silver line extending about half-way down the fins, then the dark stuff started spreading from the top edge down as the silver line continued to go to the bottom edge.

That photo above was taken 3 days ago.  Today I noticed another silver line has appeared (it wasn't there yesterday) and the black stuff seems to have spread a little, though not nearly as quickly as it did originally.

I'm not brand new to watercooling but I've only built a few loops in a couple years. This loop was rebuilt less than 6 months ago (replaced soft pipes with hard ones, got a new GPU, and did a deep clean) and never had issues like this before now. The GPU is the Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC Waterforce WB and the fluid is EK CryoFuel Premix, and there are no mixed metals in the loop. Can anyone tell me what's going on and what I can do about it?  I really don't like the way this looks.

Maybe (big maybe) there is a small chunk of another metal in there, got caught in the fins and slowly rusting away.

Looks nasty but overall nice Setup!

is that gigabyte waterblock alu? they're known to use alu for non extreme ones

The 3080 Waterforce cards are nickel plated copper.
