Problems when my monitors turns off/PC goes to sleep

So i have an annoying problem of when my monitors turn off (whole PC goes to sleep basically) my windows re arrange themselfs. for example i have 3 monitors, on my left is spotify and middle is usually the content i consume whether its games or videos etc, then on the right is my discord, so when the PC goes to sleep for some reason my spotify switches from left to my main monitor OR windows from my main monitor switch to left (usually chrome + steam).

Another problem is that when i open my PC they dont remember their "spot" for example i have a small long piece of steam friends on my right monitor next to discord but for some reason sometimes it opens up on my main monitor (its not consistent, sometimes it opens on the right like its supposed but sometimes in the middle)

 

whats the cause of this? only thing is that before i had 3 monitors of same resolution but now i recently got a new main monitor which is 2k and not full hd.
