New to PC.... (bought a prebuilt) - randomly shutdown.

So far i've been playing on laptop for long time. I gotten sick and tried playing on laptop with 16' screen and battery need replacement after year or so.

I decide to buy a pre-built.

Here the spec of pc -https://imgur.com/a/jXirkYb

Here the similar product - https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-slatemr-gaming-desktop-amd-ryzen-5-3600-16gb-memory-nvidia-rtx-2060-6gb-480gb-ssd/6480156.p?skuId=6480156

I did add another m.2 ssd, ethernet, mouse, keyboard with rgb, microphone, external hd (might affect power system)

PC randomly shutdown, sometime it display off but pc fan still run then turn off within a few minute, or just restart.
For some odd reason bios got reset to default.

So far I resist the ram, gpu and check all the cable. Front panel led is not working.

I have microphone, external hd, switch to normal keybard and wifi. PC still shutdown.

All drive update (gpu, cpu and windows update)

Any help would nice, beside just refund since i've plan to build my own system in a future when gpu back to normal msrp 😞

I am not an expert but I think the FSB:DRAM ratio should be at 1:1....that is a weird ratio out there

Have you overclocked the RAM?

What temps? If it's the same case as the other one you linked that has no airflow which could cause overheating.

Do you know what PSU is in there?
