Disable CSM support Enables after reboot preventing secure boot.

I have a problem with B450 pro and GTX 1060 6gb and R5 3600 Everytime I save CSM support to disabled and restart it, it enables it again. What should I do?

 

I just fixed it by unplugging all USB devices except my mouse

 

 

UPDATE: my PC doesn't give anything from my monitors

 

UPDATE 2: My PC doesn't launch when there is display port connected but if I connect it after boot everything works fine
