Help, my CPU usage is going up and down and even the CPU speed is going up and down as well, this only happens on battery.

Somewhat looks like thermal throttling. Check on temperatures to make sure it's not hitting 90+C. If they are, you might need to replace the thermal paste or get a laptop cooling pad. If it isn't, look into a program called ThrottleStop, it tricks the laptop into not thermal throttling.

Its either thermal throttling or some power saving thing...

 

Would maybe be useful for people knowing what laptop this is and full specs,  in order to help more.

 

But then again,  it seems to be hitting 100% usage regularly... there might not be a fix for this

the temps are around 60-70 degrees celcius and then when plugged in it hits 80-90 degrees celcius but its still able to do 3.98 ghz

google chrome and discord was running while i took the screenshot and also temps are 60-70 degrees celcius
