Budget (including currency): 500,000 mmk (Roughly 280 USD)

Country: Myanmar

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Several Triple A titles.  A Little bit of here and there. I can live with medium or low settings.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Note-  Unless specified, they are used parts.

CPU - Intel Xeon X5650
CPU Cooler- Random Flower Type Heat Sink Cooler
MoBo - Random Chinese MoBo
Ram - DDR3 1333mhz 16Gb (Single Stick)
GPU - Galax GTX 950 2 Gb
Storage - 120 Gb SSD (Ofcourse, there's no Dram cache)
PSU - A bit reputable chinese PSU 500watt (New)
Case - Really cheap chinese looking case.
Case Fan - Two ugly chinese case fans
Monitor - HKC 1366 x 766 unknown panel.  (It is LED apparently)

All of the parts described above for, no more and no less than 255 USD.   I would like to know,  if I should pull the trigger and go wild,    Or wait for a better deal?
I am planning to add a 1 Tb HDD (new) if I bought this set.     ps; English is not my mother language and I am new to any tech forums so, go easy on me please. Peace!     : )

Yea its trash

Flower heatsink will ruin overclocking and overclocking is neccesary on an old platform like this

Single stick of ram is trash and ruins your performance, and prob a low quality one too so that will also ruin overclocking cause garbage ram = low bclk capability

Gpu is like 40-50$ on its own

Never ever go with generic chinese psus like those no brand or weird ones like varro, only repulable chinese psus i know of are great wall

Yea no just no, better off looking in your local market for used stuff

Btw whats your budget and what are you gonna use the pc for?

If the CPU does not support AVX instruction set (Intel starts with 2nd gen, AMD starts with FX but FX are bad for different reasons), it's no good for triple A games no matter how low you can go with visual quality. Unless you go for old games that came before AVX support became standard, so before 2008.
