So if i am yust browsing the web my CPU runs at 3GHz but when i start gaming the moment i start it drops to less then 1 GHz please help me.

65 degrees when i browse the web and 80 when i game for 30 mins but almoast never higher.

65 degrees when you browse regularly doesn't sound too healthy. We are still talking about degrees Celsius right? 

Perhaps try and double check if your cpu cooler is properly mounted and probably replace thermal compound. 
Another thing to check, is when your computer is running, is your cpu cooler's fan's still running?
