Help me pick out a budget Mini ITX motherboard because i am lost.

I have the Thermaltake Core V1 SPCC Mini ITX Cube case and i am looking for a mini itx motherboard. 

this case is going into a 2nd computer and will be used when friends come over and for me to mess around on. so bleeding edge performance isn't necessary, just would like it to boot and work.  I am looking for a motherboard under 100 dollars but i am not seeing much in the mini ITX range. can anybody offer some suggestions? 

EDIT platform is Ryzen
