Is my CPU bottlenecking my 3080 TI?

I bought Battlefield 2042 and I know that it is poorly optimized but while monitoring my CPU and GPU usage, I noticed my CPU was sitting at 100% while my GPU would be hovering around 50 - 60%. I have a i7 - 9700k overclocked to 4.9 GHz and a 3080 Ti. I thought my CPU was still extremely good, but this game is making me think otherwise.

Nope, this is normal with BF2042, really any Battlefield. Its always been known as a heavy CPU hitter.
