Is my h80i v2 enough cooling for my i7 9700k

I have a h80i v2 cooler from corsair. But i want to put my i7 9700k in the system. I want to know if it is enough cooling for this cpu and if i can overclock it with this cooler? It runs now on my i5 9600k and under full load it keeps my temps arround 70 a 80c and while gaming arround 56c. The i5 is overclocked to 5.0ghz 1.370v
