Have some good specs but i am getting very low fps

Specs
Intel Core i5-11400F
32gb ram 3200 speed
RTX 3060 Ti
B560 DS3H AC-Y1
500w power supply
https://nzxt.com/product/bld-kit-starter-pro-pc All Parts Listed Here
I have gotten a new pc from nzxt and got the Starter Pro BLD Kit. I built it and added in 16gn more ram and everything launched. I went into the bios and changed the ram speed to 3200 and relaunched it. It worked and I loaded into apex legends and the frames went to 140 and it ran ok. I started to play an actual match and my frames were droping from 140-30 fps and it was terrible. Can anyone tell me a fix. I tried changing a lot of settings in navida control panel, drivers are updated, made sure that bios ram speed was set at 3200, changed the power settings, turned on and off game mode, etc. Could it be my power supply not having enough watts. I do not know any other way for me to fix this issue. When I launch the game and checked the nzxt pc monitoring and task manger my loads would stay around 30% and lower never went any higher.

How are your thermals?  Sounds like some throttling is happening.  I personally would want a bit more of a margin on power supply.  700w.

Would def check thermals. That sounds like hard throttling which could be from a bad mount or inconsistent thermal paste application (on some but not all of the IHS).

For thermals I have done stress tests on 3d mark and my cpu thermals never really go higher than 30-50c and my gpu goes to 65c and I was thinking about my computer not getting enough power

Your CPU is hitting 30 degrees on a stress test? Theres something wrong already there. Its not even close to normal. Have you checked the load of the CPU during stress scenarios?

Yes hello I redid the stress test and I have replaced my power supply with a 700w and this is the results I have relaunched the games that I played before and it still lags here is the link https://prnt.sc/21axmag

Still need more information.

You ran the game with Task Manager, what about other monitoring software, checking power draw or clock speeds?

Assuming everything runs fine on 3Dmark tests, it seems a heatsink mismount or something is probably not the issue, but you're hitting some sort of limitation. You mentioned your loads never go over ~30%. What loads? Are you talking about CPU usage? GPU?

Do you have vsync turned on?

The i5 you have is 6 cores - 12 threads, how many does Apex normally use? Are 1-2 cores pegged at 100% (hence why you see 30%, switch Task Manager to show logical processors to see usage of each core)? Does this happen in other games? Have you tried limiting FPS (maybe around 72) to see if you still have extreme FPS drops?
