CPU fan spins then stops on startup & keyboard/mouse/monitor don’t work

Relatively new to PC building. I just upgraded my motherboard and cpu today and performed a BIOS flashback to update the new motherboard to support the new 5800x cpu. I waited till the flashing green BIOS light turned off, indicating it had been updated, and started my computer.

The computer turns on, the cpu fan starts up for a second then stops, the keyboard/mouse/monitor do not work. When turning the computer off, the cpu fan starts up again for a second then shuts off again.

Specs: •Ryzen 7 3700x    Ryzen 7 5800x

•Asus Prime A320mk    Asus TUF Gaming b550M Plus

•16gb ram 3000 DDR4

•GeForce GTX 1650 X 4GB

•500W PSU

Any suggestions on what to do? I’m not sure if I’ve messed up somewhere or missing something?

How long have you tried or let it go? This sounds like normal Asus while it trains everything. Can take a few reboots itself and a few minutes of doing this.
