asrock B250m pro4 ram running at 1067mhz

hello i have a pc running an ASrock B250m PRO4 with a 6th gen i7- 6700 with 16gb of corsair 2x8gb of ram. every time i go to BIOS to increase to 2133ghz through xmp 2.0 i save everything restart my PC i check my spec through HWiNFO64 MY Ram is still running 1067Mhz instead of 2133mhz am i doing something wrong?

DDR is double data rate. 1067*2 is 2133.

 

Edit: Just to clarify a bit better. Your RAM is running at 1067 MHZ. With double data rate, information is sent twice per cycle for the advertised 2133 mhz.
