Cloning from SATA SSD to NVMe, what should I know.

I have a 1TB SATA SSD that I’ve just about filled up, so my intention is to move to a 2TB drive and while I’m at it go to an NVMe setup if possible. I don’t want to reinstall everything, just clone as this is a very new installation of Windows as is. I had read that NVMe drives need a GPT partition table and I’m sure my drive is an MBR, is there software that knows this and will set the table up correctly? I’ve used clonezilla many times but only basic options, is something out there that’s better?

My Current Setup:

AMD Ryzen 2700X 50th Anniversary

Kingston HyperX Fury 3200mhz 2x16GB

MSI B450 Gaming Plus

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

EVGA RTX 3060 Ti XC

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB

WD 5400RPM 2TB

EVGA G3 750W

RAIDMAX Monster II

beQuiet PureWings 3 140mm x5
