Which displayport cable should I buy?

My gpu specs is v1.4a and my LG monitor is 144hz analysis 1920x1080 which I assume it supports 1.2. 

I'm kinda confused which cable I should buy. 

GeForce GTX 1660 GAMING X 6G

LG 27GN600-B Gaming 1920x1080 144Hz IPS

Any decent cable should work. 1920x1080@144 Hz requires 8 Gbps. If you want to make sure you get good quality, buy a VESA certified one.

 

Higher end cables which support HBR2 (up to 21.6 Gbps) or HBR3 (32.4 Gbps) are essentially overkill in this case. You'll often see cables marketed as supporting a specific DP version, but that is just marketing. Cables support (up to) a certain bandwidth, they don't just support or require specific DisplayPort versions.

the amazon basics with the shortest length that suits you seems to be a very safe bet (tons of reviews too)
