Wondering if this pc is good, I know I am bottlenecking the cpu but I am planning on getting a 3080 soon, hopefully

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: R6 Siege, Rust, Valorant, Warzone, Battlefield 2042

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Im playing at 1080p and going to get a 144hz monitor

You’re not bottlenecking in the CPU, that only works that way in the other direction. You want the GPU to be under load at all times, it having to wait on a slow CPU results in a poor gaming experience. In your case, that won’t happen so you’re fine.

As @rickeo said, that isn't exactly how it works. Your GPU will be a bottleneck to the full potential of the system. Once you get a faster GPU, it will be am ore balanced setup where you will actually get the most out of your CPU.
