Rx 560 driver keeps crashing

In some games, after like an hour of gaming both of my monitors freeze and then 5 seconds later, go dark then start showing a super distorted colors of the freezed image. I can still hear sound and everything. 

 

This has happened on 3 fresh windows installations, a fresh Ubuntu install, and 2 Manjaro installations. Same computer tho. No overclocking has been done

 

The temps are normal, no overheating.

 

Rx 560 4gb

Fx-8350

16gb ram

500 watt power supply
