Something like this would be better. You could also look at Intel 11th gen i.e 11400/11500 and a B560 board.

 

The 5600X is better than the 3600.

 

Cheap but decent cooler. Those 120mm/140mm AIO's are not worth it.

 

A B550 board instead of B450. 

 

Changed the SSD to the Crucial P5. Perfectly fine for a gaming pc and cheaper than the Samsung.

 

Better psu.
