hello everybody i am from third world and if i ship pc part from the international i cannot return it back if something not functioning so what is better upgrading h61 from pentium to 4c/8t xeon and i can put better gpu and more storge or get haswell dell motherboard with possibility to use vfio for vga pass-through but i will put slower gpu . please guys help me choose the budger is limited and time is running .

actual pc spec : gigabyte h61 pentium g860 6gb ram 500gb hdd 120ssd.
