The guide you posted from IPS does not restore the unique functionality of member titles; It would just be adding a generic text field that would show under member usernames where anybody could write whatever they want.

Due to the functionality being removed by the forum software developers there's no plans on bringing back custom member titles at this time.

Always wanted to use it, heard from post 500 you could use it but i never found it in settings as the forum switched to newer version 😞

I also drive a volvo as one does being norwegian haha, a volvo v70 d3 from 2016.

Reliability was a key thing and its my second car, working pretty well for its 6 years age xD

Hope I'm not bumping something that shouldn't be bumped but I was really looking forward to using member titles once I hit 500 posts. +1 to bringing them back.

Isn't that pretty much what member titles were before, though?

Thanks for reading all this by the way!

By the way, my desktop is a docked laptop. Get over it, No seriously, I have an exterrnal monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet and cooling fans all connected. Using it feels no different to a desktop, it works for several hours if the power goes out, and disconnecting just a few cables gives me something I can take on the go. There's enough power for all games I play and it even copes with basic (and some not-so-basic) video editing. Give it a go - you might just love it.

Yeah but you cant enforce minimum 500 posts with that implementation from IPS.
