Profiles link to rank badges

On member profiles the Reputation and Solutions icons both have a link to the /reputations and /solutions pages respectively. The Rank icon isn't clickable.

 

Should have the rank icon link to the /badges page.

The orange icon is for new users only. Good job catching it when we were testing the patch 👍!
