Do you already own the 5600X?
What resolution do you intend to play in?

The best white themed list for the budget is in my opinion the one I made here.

So the 5600X is enough for almost all games out there, it wont bottleneck you. It runs also pretty cool, thats why this white cooler is enough for it to stay under 80° and under thermal throttling.

ASRock makes a few Motherboards with silver/white accents, this one I like but there's also one for a few bucks less, that has white/silver accents. Also worth a good look.

RAM: Teamgroup makes reliable Ram and it's inexpensive, so a solid choice here

Storage: just a fast 1TB SSD is enough for most of your needs.

Case: The 4000D Airflow is a great white case, I like it very much. Maybe you want to add 2 or 3 additional fans. Arctic P12 in white are a good choice!

PSU: no need for white color here, as only the cables will be visible and you could just buy some extensions for 35$.

GPU: That''s the though one... So there's a white 3060TI from Zotac, BUT that's not a great card for your budget, a bit underperforming. That's why I went with a black/grey card, that performs great, rather then a white expensive underperforming one.
