AsiaHorse fs-9002 fans oil

I was on Amazon and I saw these AsiaHorse RGB fans, and I thought they looked really good for the price. When I went to the reviews however, there were many people saying how the fans leaked oil and could damage your system. Could anyone please tell me if this is true or not, and should I get these fans? If I shouldn't get these fans, which ones should I get? I really only want decently priced fans (around $10 for 1 fan), good performance, and RGB controllable by software.
