Can anyone help me extract this BIOS file

I need someone with a spare empty USB (and 2 mins of time) to create USB recovery files from a BIOS flash utility. I'm trying to repair my computer's BIOS with it and it just keeps crashing on my 2nd PC, after a day of googling it seems that it is an issue that happens to a lot of HP consumers and that some can get it to work.

Just run it, extract to some random directory and it will output a file called 08526F31.EXE, if it doesn't crash for you please create a USB recovery drive with it (don't flash and don't copy!) and upload the files in the USB here. I would really appreciate if someone could help with the issue as this is the last resort for me before I send the computer for repair.
