Yes. Disconnect power cable, remove side panel, locate and pop out BIOS battery (CR3032), wait couple minutes, pop it back in, close side panel, reconnect power cable, boot.

This is basic troubleshooting step for any motherboard related issues.

Open the start menu, click the power symbol, hold shift and click restart. It will bring you to a page with multiple options, click change UEFI settings (may be under troubleshooting)

So you can't get into BIOS? Do you see POST screen when booting or does it go directly to Windows load screen? Either way, resetting BIOS will force you into it to load defaults or setup manually. And from there you can enable TPM.

You have fastboot turned on. And for reason or another its not accepting override from Windows. Try something already mentioned. Reset CMOS, unplug boot drive etc. to force it.

Im trying:

Disable using the Command Prompt

  1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and type in Command Prompt.
  2. Without pressing Enter, right-click the cmd icon that appears, then select Run as administrator.
  3. Type in powercfg -h off and press Enter.

---------------------

I tryed it but didnt work either 😕

Remove the battery while PSU is not plugged. Or by pressing certain button (more details in mobo manual).
