AMD Thunderbolt 4 w/ remote dock? Or 2 Gamers 1 CPU?

Hi guys! New to the LTT Forums.

I'll keep it short and sweet, with 2 ideas.

I currently have to move my 2080s from one PC to the other to play different games. Racing sim rig with 3x 1440p 165hz monitors, or desktop with 1440p 240hz monitor.

I'd like to build a bad ass AMD Thunderbolt rig (New ProArt Asus board maybe) that lives on my Sim rig, but can run the 240hz 1440p monitor, my gaming peripherals, and charge my laptop/phone, over thunderbolt 4.

1) Is that even possible?
2) Will something like Razer's Thunderbolt 4 dock work, using a Thunderbolt to DisplayPort cable out of the dock?

OR

Do we go two gamers one CPU and get two full fat PC's running off one box? I have a thunderbolt 3 eGPU enclosure lying around that might do the trick over thunderbolt? I'm a complete noob when it comes to doing something like that, except from what I barely remember from Linus' multiple gamers from 1 CPU build thread. It would be cool to be able to game at both locations at the same time....
