LP is short for low power , so lpddr5 is just low power ddr5

can't really compare the two because it depends entirely on bus width , frequency, timings....  you could have a video card with 2 GB DDR4 but 128 bit bus width, and you could have a video card with lpddr5 but 64 bit - the 128 bit bus bandwidth may result in extra fps, even if the lpddr5 may run at slightly higher frequency.
