Gtx 1660ti driver troubles

Hey, im wondering if anyone has any suggestions on my gpu issues,

 I have a tuf 1660ti oc edition,

Ive had the same issues in my old and now new build (new: ryzen 5 5600x, msi b550 tomahawk) 

 When i plug it in, there are no game ready drivers, it sends out video but I can't update the drivers and no old version of the drivers seems to work,

Ive tried ddu, installing new, standard, old drivers, force updating in many ways, 

 Ive been trying to fix this for days and im at the brink of giving up, i don't wanna buy a new gpu.

I can't find any working solutions online for this card, the 1660tis seems to be a lost cause.
