Hardware error

So recently my computer has just randomly frozen and been unresponsive. Forcing me to do a force restart/reset. This is the error I found when booting up reliability checker. Any help would be appreciated.

Usually that error is related to a GPU driver issue, boot into safe mode /w networking, download and run DDU, redownload and reinstall GPU drivers, reboot.
