Why You Shouldnt Get The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3

Hi All, Just advising if anyone is thinking of getting the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, don't. I have been daily driving it for a few weeks and its been perfect until it appeared to have a purple line occur to it. After calling the support team they advised me to remove the screen protector and fold it in and out. After doing so the screen broke entirety - the caller didn't give me a reference to quote and hung up after informing him of what happened after his instructions.
Sent it in for repair and its classed a physical damage even through all the damage is under the screen and and there is no damage to the phone physically and rather I was advised the hinge pinched on the screen and broke it completely. After returning they cant repair it unless I pay $99 for an already $2500 phone even though the issue was advised to be the hinge and not the screen itself. Unacceptable service and a poorly supported product that honestly shouldn't have been shipped to the markets due to this fault (Or at least my specific production model). I have seen multiple reports of this happening with other users and Samsung has also offered them the "Winners Package" for a $99 repair, which as advised from my service technician from Samsung, would just delay this from occurring again, Good job

First Post but I thought I would reach out and give my feedback on this device and the terrible service I have been getting in regards to this fault. HMU if you want more info. I have moved back to my old Pixel which is still performing perfectly.
