ATI memory chips?

My MSI GeForce 210 passive has memory chips labelled with "ATI". Is it that ATI? Looks exactly like the logo on my older FirePro cards.

Are they just ATI branded chips (actually made by ex. Samsung) or would they have been made by ATI's fab? I know AMD made Radeon RAM but I didn't know it went back to the '09 days.

Any info on this would be appreciated!

Is it plugged in? Is it turned on? Are you sure? No, really.

List of my systems:

Rebrands. ATI had been fabless before AMD bought it.

Wikipedia points Radeon memory to come from Dataram, but this company doesn't appear to have a silicon fab facility either. Instead more like say, Gskill or Adata in terms of buying memory chips, soldering them onto PCBs and selling the assembled product.
