Strange spring noise on case fan

Hello, I recently built my first tower and I can't be more happy about it.

 

The only single problem which I have about it, is this strange noise which sounds like spring.. It is frequent and can happen sometimes 3 times in 10 mins, but sometimes its gone for 20-30 minutes.. It's very painful to hear it all day, because its not constant and its just like someone is jumping on a big old rusty spring, of course more silent.. What it can be? Should I check out my fan, or? Can fan be damaged somehow?
