feel that's all info i can give on parts but i'm looking to upgrade my gameplay to min 1080P 60fps but i will have budget of 400 dollars for a video card in 4 months that's the goal or if i can go cheaper to get same performance for most games preferably games like ark and ark 2 60 fps I'm sure if i can achieve in ark most other games will be fine but i don't know what video cards to look for amd or nividia don't matter i'm looking for something in my budget that will achieve that performance  stead 60fps medium to high graphics as well as second life performance is horrible and it's how i pay for my gaming  so needs to run better then 12-22 fps any suggestion to upgrade would be great graphics or any parts i need to upgrade to get thous peformance boost with 400 budget

video card i have replaced the thermal paste because was pushing 85-90c in mins of booting a game now it's 75-80c in 60frames of ark but i'm babying it because i don't have a normal income apply for ssi is struggle due to covid and can't work so second life is only income

any suggestion would be amazing i hope i covered everything and enough details for you guys thanks in advanced

Zen and zen+ are flaming piles of trash performance wise, upgrade the cpu to a 3600 or 5600x

Get a second stick of ram cause single channel cripples cpu performance by ~30%

Overclock your gpu abit, since its already kinda thermally limited dont increase the power limit and just overclock the crap out of the vram, then overclock the crap out of the core, since power limit isnt increased this shouldnt raise gpu temps by much, maybe ~3c

i did state i had 2 ram sticks in a dual channel config i thought and i'm having issues with heating with games sometimes pushing 81-82c if i let it go to 60 fps some games i have to throlle down to 40fps to get in 70c range but your saying over clocking should solve that issue and won't heat up to this point no more but allowing more performance?

and keeping in mind this gpu been in my pc for 10ish years but i should push it and over clock it? and spend money on a new cpu i do eventually i want a ryzen 5 but 223 dollars price point i could but would cause my gpu to overheat even more allowing push more frames and being so old not sure if that's safe

did as you said oc both vram and clock and made my 2nd monitor bounce and have line threw it and i did notice 1-2c diffrence in temps but nothing worrie about at this time unless i attempt to run a demanding game
