Random Blackscreens and Looped Audio

My computer keeps doing this weird thing where my monitor goes black and I hear "looped audio" through my headphones. I believe that software is the issue as the "blackscreens" only happen in certain games (mostly Overwatch and Valorant) while Metro 2033, Bioshock (all games), and Destiney 2 run just fine. Does anyone have idea to fix this and I am about ready to burn this pc with fire.

Important info,

Gpu: R9 290

Cpu: E5-2630

Psu: 800W

I placed the gpu into a different pc and still encountering these issues

Some driver help the issue but none fix it (for example 19.9.1 lets me play Overwatch but not Bioshock Infinite)

Edit: My r9 290 had Elpida memory which is known to cause blackscreens but was supposedly fixed through software years back.
