I did not get into bios. However I did replace my mobo and that seemed to fix the issue. Asrock sold me a broken board. I have a TUF Gaming B550-Plus which I got for $120 now.

well we both were very fooled 

we thought that the bios is the problem

our bad

but still good job

iam glad that you fixed the issue

Pls Mark a solution as a solution, would be really helpful.

BTW pls correct me, iam really stoobid at times.
