290x unless it costs much more. Kepler didn't age nearly as well.

I Don't know which one to get, both reference/Founders Ed cards just don't know which ones better.

nVidia JUST released their last Kepler driver a couple of days ago. It can be for people who still own nice cards like the 780Ti, or a Gt 710. So the 710 will be more supported because of this. This is something to keep in mind.

780 Ti if the only game you play is OpenGL game, else 290x.
