trying to fresh install windows 10

Jarester

so I cant "reset" my windows 10 on a very old pc it comes up with a issue...

so im trying to just delete everything and start a fresh install. i went to cmos and i am trying to boot from usb but nothing is happening.

in cmos boot order it says this

1) Hard Disk: 3M-WDC etc...   (changed to removeable device)

2) CD&DVD: 4M-HL etc... (changed to hard disk)

3) Removeable Device (changed to cd/dvd)

4) LAN

5) EMPTY

I put the removeable device to #1 but nothing happens when I restart my computer.. isnt removeable device stand for USB? or am i doing this all wrong? i got the windows download tool onto the usb.
