Removing The administrator security icon

okay so i want to remove the shield icon that i dont know how to remove and i also want to run this program as a adminstrator as soon as i click it so that i dont have to say yes everytime i open this app. i have tried going to compatibitly and check the run as adminsitator icon 

i am running windows 11

Login as admin I guess but that's not a good idea for security.

i am not talking specifically about genshin impact i have seen people use task scheduler but i cant seem to understand it

Login as an administrator. That's the only way you can stop those prompts, BUT beware that is not good from a security perspective. All applications will run an administrator and that is really bad. If you get an exe or a cmd file, which is infected, and you run it, it automatically runs as an admin, without prompting you first, and bam, your computer is now infected.
