I've been having issues with audio and video stutters and been reading about DPC latency spikes. but i still can't solve it

the highlighted drivers have been the highest reporting ones. or at least those are the ones i've seen with the highest reports. it varies but its usually the nvidia driver. I tried lots of solutions I figured it would have been solved with windows reinstall to no avail. I have my cpu undervolted in order to keep my temps down. if anyone can help I'd be very appreciative. I'm in school but haven't really been focusing trying to do schoolwork because I've been trying to solve this issue.
