Which way to connect case power switch to motherboard

I need to connect the power switch from my case to the motherboard. The power switch connecter has a little arrow on it. Which way do I connect it to the MB?

The text should be facing outwards. That being said, it doesn't really matter for power / reset buttons since it just bridges the two pins.

For power and reset switches, the arrow on the connector doesn't matter as there is no polarity, they just bridge the pins.
