Are these safe voltages for RAM OC'ing?

I set the VDDG to 950 but somehow it changed by itself. So are these voltages safe for daily use?

 

Maybe 1.45v for DRAM? its hynix d die.

1.45v is the max recommended, if you're comfortable with it go ahead.

honestly i never touch those settings. i just leave it to auto.
