Need help with picking out even cheaper parts

Budget (including currency): would like 350$ CAD but not that strict

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Light gaming, light video editing using blender and filming video, and light schoolwork

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

Need help with picking out cheaper parts and maybe better performance or same

parts are listed on the image, (i will buy the graphics card used for about 45$ CAD
I already have a ssd. already have peripherals.

I'm fairly new to pc building, most I have done is install more ram. I wasn't sure to go intel or ryzen and not sure about 

the pc will be sitting in a small room in a corner but i'm not too concerned about cooling as I can open the window and it will cool down the pc easily 

Im looking for a minimum of 30 fps in games like hydroneer, minecraft (modded) and beamng drive (with mods)

rgb is something I would like but not needed would like to see into the pc.

I do have a "HP elitedesk 705 g2 mt" that I will be stealing the ram and ssd from

any other info i missed that may help I can provide, and thank you

do you have a cpu cooler?

can you aslo send the link for the list, its really hard to see

yea, i kinda figured but i guess that shows that I am ready go buy the parts, is there any times other than something like black friday or boxing day for cheep prices that I should lookout for?

honestly tho, even if its over the budget (which i already am and will be waiting for sales anyways), i most likely could go a bit more over if it would be a significant improvement on speed
