I am new to this forum, but I was wondering if anyone can tell me where to get a 3060ti Founders Addition at MSRP

Depends on the country, and your timing. On US, Best buy, Newegg, and EVGA site is really the best bet on getting ANY MSRP GPUs right now through their raffle drops.

Best buy is the only place to get them in the us. Camp out before a restock? People are still doing that at micro center.

Yeah, Best Buy has been the only retailer selling FE's for months now.
