Is DMS-59 same size as DVI?

I work with these a lot at work as we still have quite a few Dell workstations with them. I've never measured them but they seem to be more or less identical. I'm willing to bet it would work.

Is a DMS-59 connector the same size as a DVI connector (except for the obvious difference in pins)?

I have a low profile DMS card that needs to fit in a high profile system and I only have DVI brackets on hand, will it fit?
