We could use some more information.  What is your CPU and it's % used?  Is it in one game or all of them?  What are your resolution and quality settings?  Any recent changes to your system?  How are your temperatures?  When you say lagging do you mean lag in online play or screen stuttering?

Do you have a second drive? I had similar issues because that drive was dieing, but it was a 10yr old WD so not weird.

Try to reinstall the GPU driver with DDU. Also check your temps (CPU & GPU), maybe something is thermal throttling

That's your problem,  now you have to figure out whats using it, background processes,  updates, malware...

I'd start with full malwarebytes scan, each drive separately (right click > scan) there's a free version.

AMD stands for Advanced Micro Machines
