And I mean without overclocking

Im gonna assume prebuilt PC so honestly, itll be very much fine with its paltry 30W limit.

Probably?
Whats the cpu?
youve got 30-40w to the gpu, about 20 for the fans/drives, 10 for the motherboard, that leaves 110w for the cpu?
shoudl be good unless its a really unbalanced system

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

65w shouldn't be too much, right?

as long as the motherboard listens to intel boosting requirements, its fine

Are you referring to the graphics card??? Typically, they are factory overclocked with slightly higher core clock/boost clock.

and how many more watts would that add to the 30w

Nothing.

The PC is a HP, Acer, Lenovo or other prebuilt? The PSU should be 12v only so all the power is available at 12v. I even put 1050 Tis  and 1650s in that kind of prebuilts with 180w PSU and all run flawless.
